My name is Niall Doorley, I am the Event Director for Icon Events Annual Global Diversity & Inclusion Seminar that we host we Barcelona every February.
I have been producing this very successful event now for 4 years & keep getting suprized by the amount of groups that are not integrating Diversity & Inclusion into their HR process. I say suprized but happy in a way that we can offer new companies the opportunity to learn & benchmark from the best in the business. We have had companies from all over the world, all FSTE500 multinationals speak at the event, I truly do believe that this event has given a huge hand to companies throughout Europe & further afield to integrate Diversity & Inclusion into their respective business plans. & look forward to meeting new delegates looking to do the same.
